Phoenix Food Photographer | Kai at Sheraton Wild Horse Pass

A couple of months ago i was asked to document a collaboration dinner with Chef Drew Anderson of Kai and Chef Nephi Craig of Café Gozhóó in White River, AZ, at Kai. The meal was titled Landscape is Destiny, and it was a beautiful presentation of native and foraged foods. It was especially moving to hear Chef Nephi’s stories and ideas behind the dishes. Each ingredient and presentation had such deep meaning. Even the table centerpieces were crafted from foraged materials. Thank you for the opportunity to be there!
